Two Dam cottages are located only minutes from Blanco State Park and just a short walk to the Historic Town Square of Blanco guests will find an abundance of entertainment at their doorstep. This property hosts two cottages, the Tree Top Suite and the River Top Studio. Guests can choose to rent the cottages separately or the entire Two Dams property that will sleep up to 10 comfortably.
The River Top Studio located on the 1st level of Two Dam is a one room open studio cottage and will accommodate 4 guests. Inside, guests will find this cozy cottage offers everything they will need for an unforgettable stay. Sleep soundly on a king bed or a full sleeper sofa. The studio offers a functional kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker, and is stocked with just enough supplies to prepare easy meals or snacks. This space also offers a dining table that seats four. Relax in the roomy living space and watch a movie or a favorite sports team.

Visit Blanco State Park enjoy a day of fishing, swimming or hiking. Interested in the Old West, the Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale offers guided tours and a tap room tasting experience. Within 30 minutes explore Fredericksburg, travel Wine Road 290 that offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of the two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. Spend the day in Kerrville at the Schreiner Park located on 517 acres on the Guadalupe River, swim, rent boats or enjoy hiking trails. The Museum of Western Art and the Pollinator Museum are fun and interesting for both old and young. Indulge in one of the fabulous restaurants while listening to local artist’s music. With Wimberley only 30 minutes away, enjoy the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops in the Wimberley Town Square.
