The property sits right beside the Guadalupe River, which gives adventurous tubers the chance to float the river and enjoy some fun in the sun. You can enter the river at this property and exit at a variety of places up and down the river. There’s is a tube rental and shuttle service just down the street that will cater to your group. For those who would prefer a more restful outdoor experience, the house has a wonderful split level deck that is equipped with a grill. When you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a cozy living room that features a stone fireplace. Inside the space, the kitchen and dining room sit waiting for those ready to channel their inner chef. Each bedroom provides plenty of room if a family vacation spot is what you’re seeking. The two downstairs bedrooms sport a queen and full sized bed respectively. The coordinating bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower that is great for washing away your troubles. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, with a comfy daybed on the opposing side. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed that is ideal for those who prefer more privacy. The final bedroom contains two twin sized beds. The upstairs bathrooms contain a walk-in shower, and a full bath tub. If you enjoy live music, the property is a short drive to Whitewater Amphitheatre, River Road Ice House or Gruene Hall. The home is also close to Schlitterbahn, San Marcos Outlet Mall, and Canyon Lake.
