This is a beautiful stone and wood “Texas Dog Trot” home with two wings connected by a breeze washed porch framing long views to the Texas Hill Country. Springfalls has four bedrooms and two baths. It’s gracious and comfortably furnished porches are partially screened and include a redwood hot tub.

The east, sunrise wing is a perfect couple’s retreat with a vaulted ceiling great room, kitchen, dining room and master suite with sitting room. Two stone wood burning fireplaces, one in the great room and the other in the master suite warm a chilly night. The kitchen is well equipped for the master chef in your group, with generous dining areas both indoors and on the adjacent screened porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cedar closet and a suite style bathroom with dressing table.

The west, sunset wing includes three bedrooms, one large bathroom with double sinks, office and laundry room. The first bedroom offers two twin beds with trundles below. The room includes and a flat screen television with DVD for the kids to watch their favorite movies. The second bedroom has a full size bed with antique rocking chair and is located adjacent to the porch and hot tub. The third bedroom includes two more twin beds and wonderful sunset views. When coupled with the sunrise wing it’s perfect for large families, kids of all ages, a two family get away or group gatherings.
